About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in minor league sports. A trusted mentor introduced me to agency ownership and helped me see the impact I could have by serving customers and developing future leaders. I’ve always loved the competitive side of sports and quickly realized that same drive and energy could be applied to building a successful agency.
I’m married with two daughters and enjoy golfing, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. One of my favorite parts of agency ownership is brainstorming with my team and finding new ways to improve and grow together. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency supports local charities and hosts fundraising efforts throughout the year, including partnerships with organizations like Front Porch Housing.
Our agency offers a gym membership, team lunches, Casual Fridays, weekly cash bonuses, monthly themed days and happy hours, apparel and giveaways, unlimited vacation time, a monthly health stipend, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We work hard, but we also believe in celebrating success and having fun along the way.
Our culture is competitive, energetic, and growth-focused. I’m looking for team members who want to win and are willing to do what it takes to succeed. If you’re motivated, coachable, and excited about being part of a team that pushes each other to achieve big goals, this could be a great fit for you.
